On April 25, Vice-President of the Beijing Internet Court (BIC) Zhao Changxin attended the Global Forum on Intellectual Property Protection and Innovation, a parallel forum of the 2024 ZGC Forum, upon invitation. Themed "Digital Intelligence Era: Intellectual Property and Sustainable Development", the forum gathered representatives from international IP organizations, IP administrative departments and leaders of high-tech enterprises to discuss IP protection in the digital intelligence era to promote the innovative and regulated development of the industry.

At the high-end dialogue session of "Intellectual Property Brings Surging Momentum to Sustainable Development", Zhao introduced the characteristics and difficulties of copyright infringement cases handled by the BIC, and shared the BIC's challenges and judicial responses in IP protection in new business forms such as data circulation and artificial intelligence.
