On Nov 10, the Commission of Political and Legal Affairs of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Legal Daily, a national newspaper on legal affairs, jointly hosted a work summary meeting on the legal publicity of Beijing, where the Beijing Internet Court (BIC) was awarded an advanced unit in promoting innovative media integration by means of the newspaper.

Since its establishment, the BIC has published 177 articles in the Legal Daily newspaper, seven of which featured on the front page. It has also  published over 200 pieces on the media's online portal, covering the court's major work and typical cases with social influence. The two sides have continuously innovated the content and forms of cooperation, and conducted research and exchanges on such topics as the trial and typical cases on cyberspace violence and online judicial protection of minors, jointly promoting the building of diversified co-governance in cyberspace.
