They focus on the concerns and needs of disadvantaged groups. Teams were assembled exclusively to mediate and hear cases involving the elderly, women and children. Legal publicity events were carried out both online and onsite to enhance their internet surfing knowledge. Efforts were also made in offering judicial suggestions to online platforms regarding mechanism and administrative loopholes for the protection of minors.

The division fully taps the award-winning one-stop diversified dispute resolution platform for copyright cases, which is resourceful, intelligent and efficient, facilitating the social co-governance of conflicts and disputes.
