To enhance public awareness of the Civil Code and strengthen legal education, the Beijing Internet Court (BIC) launched a short video program in 2021 which has been highly recommended by Xinhua News Agency and well received by viewers. 

Each episode focuses on a hot-topic legal issue or social topic, such as online education, food ordering via QR code scanning, facial recognition, and livestreaming sales. Judges or legal staff appear to offer legal explanations.

The program is available on the BIC's new media platforms, including its official WeChat account. So far 21 episodes, each less than two minutes, have aired with over 9.7 million views.
