Hong Kong judicial delegation visits Beijing Internet Court

Zhang Wen, president of the court welcomed the delegation, and Yang Wanming, vice-president of the Supreme People's Court accompanied their visit.

The delegation listened an online hearing on internet copyright at the court, and Cheng spoke highly of the online cases hearing. 

They also went to the court's online litigation experience area where Zhang described the basic procedures of online case filing, technology support, work achievements and diverse mediation mechanisms.

She also demonstrated the delegation the integration of intelligent technology and judicial work, including automatically-generated judgement documents, e-signature and "AI judge". 

Beijing Internet Court's operation mode of "opening round the clock" is convenient for litigation and meaningful for rule of law promotion, said Cheng after she visited the case filing service center.
