Based on its experience on 13,509 online hearings with a total of 7,792 hours work, the BIC released the norms on e-litigation hearings, which gave specifications on matters such as  identity authentication and account management, dress code, courtroom background, etiquette, witness attendance, asynchronous trials, trial records and open trials. The document serves to standardize e-litigation activities and maintain online trial orders.
